COURSE OVERVIEW

Today’s business environment is dynamic, diverse and extremely complex. Successful careers in Business Management Studies require the development of skills and careful planning.

The management programmes provide the skill and knowledge for learners who will assume leadership roles in business as a whole:

The School of Business Management work is conceived and carried out principally in and for interested groups, each of which has its own leadership research agenda and technology programmes.

Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources effectively and efficiently. With a focus on organising and employees, managers are involved in planning, organising, staffing, controlling and leading an organisation.

Supply Chain Management is a dynamic and empowering experience of how business gets done. It spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to pointof- consumption. Countless firms rely on new technologies and the coordination of processes to expedite the distribution of their goods. The use of computers to analyse work routines in order to optimise the use of available labour has led to increases in productivity.
