ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS, DURATION AND NOTES

All national certificates and national ‘N’ diplomas are issued by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).

Admission requirements

National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/N3 Certificate/NCV Level 4 Certificate/ABET Level 4 Certificate.

Successful completion will allow learners to articulate to most UOTs with a proviso that they obtain at least 50% in each subject.

The minimum duration for Theoretical Studies is two years and 18 months’ work integrated learning (WIL) to satisfy the requirements of the National ‘N’ Diploma.
